> Alifoods International opens new partnerships at the SIAL 2010 Fair

The General Management of ALIFOODS INTERNATIONAL visited the Global Food Marketplace SIAL 2010, which took place in Paris from 17th to 21st of October. During its stay in the french capital, ALIFOODS INTERNATIONAL had various meetings with high level European and American companies of the dairy products sector, in order to set up new commercial partnerships.

Always faithful to its quality, safety and innovation values, ALIFOODS INTERNATIONAL kept focused on developing its product catalogue for its brand Viejo Cántaro.

ALIFOODS INTERNATIONAL is currently involved in the development of procedure guidelines with its suppliers and clients. Its objective is the continuous improvement so as to achieve excellence in all commercial processes of importation and further commercialization in Latin-American countries.

Further to its presence in SIAL 2010, the General Managementof ALIFOODS INTERNATIONAL traveled to Spain to visit various production plants belonging to its main suppliers.

Conclusions derived from SIAL 2010 talk about aninternational economic recovery. The number of exhibitors was increased (5.700 in 2010 versus 5.500 in 2008), composed of companies from 19 food sectors and products, spread in 8 halls. 25% of innovation and 250 events and conferences attracted high qualified professional visitors.

But, without a doubt, the most positive conclusion to be highlighted in this edition of SIAL is the high interest raised by the exportations, as declared the General Director of SIAL S.A., Valérie Lobry: “The challenges of exportation have been the center of the debates in the corridors and in the political intervention of the Fair”. This fact reasserts the success of ALIFOODS INTERNATIONAL presence in this international meeting.
